Plot:

Okay to be very honest, when I read the first 10 chapters, I felt it was going to be a very cliché story line and I was getting quite bored of it already. BUT THANK GOODNESS I CONTINUED READING! Because when I continued reading to Chapter 20, things started to get very interesting! And seriously, as the plot grows and develops, my impression of this Shoujo manga improved tremendously! At the very last few chapters, I really couldn’t exactly figure out the ending, because Ikeyamada Go kept twisting the plot and situations till I started sympathizing with all the characters, namely Hikaru, Takara, Arata and Ami, especially with Arata! And seriously, this manga caused me to, once again, feel the overwhelming power of love’s bittersweet sacrifice. Like seriously, “love is proved in the letting go”, as quoted from Cecil Day-Lewis. AND PLEASE READ TILL THE VERY LAST CHAPTER AND THE EXTRA CHAPTER. I think the extra chapter is the sweetest of them all! OH! Not to forget, there were some scenes when I felt Hikaru looked a lot a lot like Kinomoto Sakura (From CCS and TRC by Clamp)!

Animation/ Sound effects/ Drawing:

I think the drawings are great(: Seriously! Of course not as detailed as Clamp’s works, and the characters eye’s are not as enchanting as Matsuri Hino’s, but Ikeyamada Go’s works are good enough to make me swoon(: And I love how this mangaka draws the kisses. I think they look damn sweet(:
